3.0 Personal information that this website collects and why we collect it
This website collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:
3.1 Site visitation tracking
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.
Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor (see section 6.0 below).
GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides. FYI our website uses the analytics.js implementation of GA.
In order to opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you could install this browser extension.
We retain our GA data for 14 months after which time it is automatically deleted.
3.2 Contact forms
Should you choose to contact us using any of the contact forms within this website, the information that you submit will be collated into a database on the site. The information is sent from your browser to our website’s server over an encrypted connection.
We are notified by email that there has been a form submission but no personal information is included in this email.
Once an enquiry is received, the name, email and telephone number from the submission is deleted from the database on the site and recorded on our internal database for twelve months. If we have had no correspondence from the relevant person / company within this twelve month period their information and all correspondence is deleted from our internal database.
We do not conduct any form of direct marketing with the data received from online enquiries.

This website is hosted by United Hosting within a UK data centre located just outside London.
Some of the data centre’s more notable security features are as follows:

- 24×7 on-site security guards with static and mobile patrols
- All on-site personnel are security vetted to BS7858 standard
- Only authorised security cleared staff are allowed into the facility

We use one third party to process personal data on our behalf. This third party has been carefully chosen and comply with the legislation set out in section 2.0 of this privacy policy. This third party is based in the USA and are EU-U.S Privacy Shield compliant.

We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
